Methods
All of our training programmes and workshops are based on the methodology of learning by experience: the often playful exercises and model situation are always followed by an assessment focused on the discussion of concrete experiences and their applicability in the real world (organization and workplace), in the context of the related psychological theories, management models and relevant tests.
In its approach and practice EQ-Skill is committed to kind of methodological eclecticism: we carefully create a mixture of methodological elements on the basis of the thoroughly diagnosed and reconciled development focus and the real needs of the participants in the process.
