Independent coaching
Independent coaching means ‘non-organisational’ coaching. In certain stages of our lives we might face situations when we wish to work on our personal professional development and career but not necessarily within the actual organization or workplace we are.
During a personal coaching process the coachee can work on his personal career goals, difficulties and find his own resources for development. Like in all kinds of coaching processes the coach is bound to a strict confidentiality agreement, thus the coachee can work freely and safely on his career goals.
