training
As a university student I visited lots of lectures and conferences and I heard a lot about the different methods which can be used in psychology, but of all of them it was equine assisted psychotherapy that made the deepest impression on me. It is based on a very special relationship between people and horses. I have been riding horses since I was six years old, so after I had finished my studies at the Psychology Department at KGRE, Budapest, it was obvious to bring these skills together.
Nowadays I see the help of horses not only in the therapeutic treatment, but also in the improvement of various leadership skills during trainings, where the participants get closer to themselves, to each other, and to perform their tasks efficiently and with good results.
As a co-trainer I have the opportunity to take part in manager groups in outdoor and indoor situations. For me, one of the most exciting questions during these trainings is how the individual functions alone and how they function (in a different way) as a member of a group/organisation/system.
