Throughout my career path I managed to gain great experience in four professional fields: clinical psychology, psychodrama, organizational development trainings and human resource consulting. As an Ms.C. psychologist I have been working in these segments for 13 years focusing on a particular one or making same emphasis on the four. My credo is that the only way to success is concentrating on the person, personality and entity. Working either in menthal health developmental or business sectorial job I always focus on the special skills and traits of the participating person or group. I do manage the phenomenon of group dynamics according to the same principal.
As the first step of my career I worked at SOTE Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology where I worked up to the methodology of Integrated Mental Health Care. The psychoeduation of the family and the neurotic and psychotic diseases is the fundament of this school. In the following years I worked as an indoor and outdoor trainer mainly on the development of soft skills. I fulfilled my professional track record as one of the senior consultant of an international recruitment agency listed amongst the top five in Hungary. Here, I had the chance to strengthen my belief in the importance of the development of personal skills, abilities, knowledge and self-consciousness.

Having experience in the clinical and the business sector I have a complex way of thinking in the identification and usage of synergies. These attitudes allow me to complete prominent sucess in my work.
